Founderguard® 5kg
FOUNDERGUARD is a daily feed supplement designed to help reduce the risk of laminitis (founder) in horses and ponies when fed in conjunction with high grain diets. It is commonly used for performance horses, horses grazing lush pasture and horses with a history of founder.
Recommended For
- Horses on high grain diets including gallopers, pacers, eventers and show hacks
- Horses grazing lush pastures, particularly during spring and autumn
- Young horses being prepared for sales
- Horses that have previously suffered from laminitis or founder
- Horses undergoing a change in diet
- Horses with seedy toe, white line separation or poor-quality hooves
Feeding Directions
Individual Horses
- Feed 5g per 100kg bodyweight once daily
Bulk Feeding
- Mix 1kg FOUNDERGUARD® into 250kg of feed concentrate
